Alle Wohnungen sind \u00f6ffentlich gef\u00f6rdert und bieten bezahlbaren Wohnraum mit einer Nettokaltmiete von 8,01 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 bei Erstbezug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energie &amp; Technik<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude wird durch eine effiziente und nachhaltige Luft-W\u00e4rmepumpe beheizt.
